Experienced Associate Lawyer Position for TaxDescription of PositionThe Tax team of POTAMITISVEKRIS is currently looking for an experienced Associate, specialized in corporate and business structuring taxation, to join its dynamic and highly motivating legal practice.By joining us you will be working on a wide variety of projects, including corporate group restructurings and large-scale cross-border transactions including real estate, energy and finance. Your responsibilities will include the provision of tax advice in relation to domestic and international corporate structures, complex corporate tax issues and tax aspects of transactions and reorganizations.Your RoleYour role as an Associate will focus on the delivery of work of high standards while understanding client expectations and needs. You should demonstrate personal accountability for keeping performance on track and contribute to the building of client relationships.In this role, you will explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional legal services and demonstrate an enthusiastic and client orientated work ethic.Our Requirements Our ideal candidate is a business-oriented and motivated lawyer who focuses and commits on delivering work of high quality and can build strong client relationships.
