In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10 employees, consisting of highly skilled operators and technicians. Your team is responsible for the spray drying of a wide range of food grade enzymes.As Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include driving employee development, implementing systematic problem-solving approaches, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.While our production operates 24/7, this position is a daytime role. You will work closely with the other Associate Managers in the department and collaborate with managers, technicians, operators, and chemists across the site to ensure seamless coordination and performance.Welcome to Fuglebakken, Copenhagen, part of Regional Enzyme Manufacturing, EuropeFuglebakken consists of three production departments: Spray, Recovery and Fermentation. On site there is also a dedicated maintenance department and employees from logistics and planning. At Fuglebakken, a wide range of food grade enzymes are produced for a variety of industries. All production is performed in accordance with GMP.
