(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)The Associate Merchandising Analytics & Operations is a critical member of the Merchandising team, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reporting and analysis. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and has direct exposure to senior leadership, contributing reporting and insights to support commercial plans, investment reviews, and other key milestone meetings. By providing visibility into sales performance, product trends, and competitive positioning, the person plays an integral role in shaping strategic merchandising decisions.ResponsibilitiesSales & Performance ReportingCreate and distribute weekly and monthly sales reporting, including divisional recaps, style selling, Top 20 product/color performance, and capsule launchesBuild and refine Excel-based reporting tools and dashboards to support Merchandising, Planning, and eCommerce teamsManage ad hoc reporting requests to provide timely insights for leadership and business partnersBusiness Analysis & InsightsConduct seasonal hindsight reporting, including global sell-in/sell-out analysis, product trends, and competitive benchmarkingProvide insights on merchandising attributes by season to inform strategy and assortment decisionsPartner with leadership on commercial plan building by incorporating product investment priorities and storytellingSupport pricing and segmentation analysis to inform competitive positioning and product strategy by channelStrategic Support & Leadership ReportingPrepare analysis and roll-ups of divisional KPIs for leadership milestone meetings (e.g., Investment Reviews, Financial Reviews, Seasonal Strategy sessions)Deliver clear, data-backed recaps that directly support SVP and C-level decision-makingGain unique exposure to senior leadership through the preparation and delivery of reporting and analysis that influence high-level strategiesData Governance & SystemsEnsure data integrity across merchandising tools & systems, including attributes and reporting platformsSupport the cutover and maintenance of reporting systems (e.g., Lighthouse/MicroStrategy, Power BI, SAP)Validate data accuracy to ensure reliable reporting and business insightsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Analytics, or related discipline2–4 years of experience in Merchandising, Business Analysis, or a related field (retail/apparel preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insightsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Lighthouse/MicroStrategy, Power BI, and SAP strongly preferredDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timelinessStrong foundation in merchandising fundamentals and retail mathExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to or supporting senior leadershipAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needsKey Competencies Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with complex data to identify trends and opportunities Execution: Consistently delivers accurate reporting and insights on time Collaboration: Builds strong cross-functional relationships to support merchandising strategies Leadership Exposure: Gains visibility with senior leadership through reporting and analysis that inform high-level decisions Business Acumen: Connects reporting and analysis to broader strategic goals Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.Pay Range:$74,100---$100,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
