Will you be a part of the team?About The RoleAs Flex’s first Head of Brand & Reputation, you’ll report directly to the CMO and play a foundational role in shaping Flex’s marketing function. You’ll craft a brand strategy grounded in consumer insight, bring it to life through a cohesive visual and tonal identity, and define how Flex shows up across every touchpoint — expertly leveraging SEO/GEO, reviews, content, PR, social, web, and influencers to reflect our mission and community.This role blends creativity with rigor: you’ll dream big and execute precisely, measuring impact at every turn. As an early marketing leader, you will also build and manage a small, high-performing team, developing talent and instilling operational excellence as you help architect the broader marketing organization.This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters or 2 days per week in our San Francisco Hub. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ/SF area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.What You’ll DoDefine Flex’s brand strategy, anchored in core consumer truthsDrive the development and implementation of a cohesive visual and tonal identityCollaborate cross-functionally to embed brand principles in everything we do Actively monitor brand awareness and sentiment, leveraging insights to ensure continued relevanceOversee Flex’s online reputation and brand presence across SEO, reviews, website, content, PR, social, influencersContinuously think about how to uplevel the brand, crafting unique and impactful brand activations across channelsBuild and lead a small team, providing mentorship, clear prioritization, and opportunities for growthHelp shape and scale Flex’s marketing function, establishing strong processes, tools, and cross-functional ways of workingKey Qualifications8+ years of brand or marketing leadership experienceExperience across both in-house and agency environments preferredSuccess building a brand strategy and identity system from the ground upEqually creative and analytical—you anchor every creative idea in a strategic why Versed in the elusive art of measuring brand performance—you strive to understand the impact of everything you doDemonstrated ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into strategy and executionComfortable building dashboards, defining brand KPIs, and partnering with data/analytics teams to evaluate impactDeeply passionate about our mission and your craftThe compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
