The Cvent Vendor Marketplace powered by Reposite provides access to a vast network of over 50,000 vendor offerings worldwide, expanding planners' options and helping them discover unique venues and services.In This Role, You WillWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketplace Health Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and responsiveness of our vendor marketplace, directly impacting the success of our platform and the satisfaction of our users. This role focuses on optimizing planner outreach, vendor outreach, driving engagement, booking rates and ultimately driving a better experience for event planners.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Health & SupportSupport planner outreach and engagement to improve response rates on active RFPs.Track and analyze RFP performance metrics (responses, bookings, and follow-ups).Collaborate with the Supplier Response and Marketplace Health teams to identify unresponsive vendors/planners and support improvement actions.Workflow & Quality ManagementMaintain data accuracy in project tracking sheets and internal dashboards.Assist in running periodic marketplace health checks to ensure responsiveness.Identify process gaps and share insights or recommendations with the team.Collaboration & LearningParticipate in cross-functional discussions to streamline workflows.Assist in creating or refining communication templates and standard operating procedures.Stay updated on evolving marketplace tools, AI-assisted features, and industry best practices.Here's What You NeedWhat We’re Looking For:Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).Positive attitude with a demonstrated curiosity to learn.Basic understanding or interest in AI, automation, and the evolving tech landscape.Organized, dependable, and collaborative.(Preferred but not required) Background in business, hospitality, or related fields.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
