Associate / Senior Associate

We’re working with a growing private credit fund seeking to hire an Associate or Senior Associate to support the execution and management of non-real estate lending transactions.The role will focus on the structuring, execution, and ongoing portfolio management of complex cash flow-based loans across a diverse range of industries. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of the deal process and work closely with senior decision-makers both internally and externally.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the structuring, execution, and ongoing management of private credit transactionsBuild and maintain financial modelsPrepare investment papers and support due diligence and deal documentationMonitor portfolio performance and liaise with borrowers and advisersWork closely with senior team members across origination, credit, and portfolio managementAbout You1–5 years’ experience in credit analysis, financial modelling, or deal executionBackground may come from private credit, commercial or investment banking, advisory, or corporate developmentStrong analytical and commercial skills, with a high level of attention to detailCapable of managing multiple transactions and working to tight timeframesComfortable working in a smaller, growing fund with hands-on exposure and visibilityThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing private credit platform with a strong deal pipeline and a collaborative culture.
