Job DescriptionOversee and lead audit compliance engagements.Providing supervision and assignments to team members as reviewing working papers completed by staff and drafting audit report.Responsible and coordinate all phases of the engagement, including the execution of the quotation, engagement letter, communications with the client, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, client, availability, job planning, and scheduling.Responsible for contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findingsProvides on-the-job training for staffSupervises findings and follow-up tasks with management and audit staffParticipate and/or lead assigned special projects or audit assignments.Assess and providing feedback on staff performance for staff evaluations.Job Requirements And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in AccountingMinimum 4 years of related audit experience requiredClear and concise written and oral communication skillsStrong knowledge of audit principles and practicesStrong people, project and client management skillsCoaching and counseling skillsAbility to delegate work to othersWorks well independently and with others
