The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality, capable of working at pace, and experienced in building robust automated testing solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automated test framework to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure test coverage across features.Develop and maintain automated test scripts using technologies such as .NET and Selenium.Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid delivery.Troubleshoot and debug test failures, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.Ensure test environments are properly configured and data is prepared for reliable test execution.Requirements2+ years of proven experience working as Automation QA EngineerExperience in application testing using C#, .NET, SeleniumExperience in application testing in .NET environment with Microservices, AWS, API servicesFamiliarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)Enterprise software experienceNice To HaveExperience/background/knowledge in Payroll or FintechExpernece with highly integrated solutions With or of AI agentic flowsWhat You Will Love About Working HereWe care about all our employees and want them to feel as comfortable as possible.
