(100% onsite work arrangement in our BGC, Philippines office)We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Automation Support Professional to ensure the smooth operation and support of our robotic process automations (RPAs) across the business. This role is critical to maintaining a stable automation environment, resolving incidents, and supporting new releases and infrastructure setup.You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to monitor live automations, manage incidents, and ensure virtual machines are properly configured. If you’re passionate about automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to contribute to a growing capability within CCEP.What You Will Be DoingMonitor and support the day-to-day operations of live automations, ensuring stability of the Blue Prism environmentManage and resolve RPA-related incidents, including ticket creation and escalation where neededParticipate in root cause analysis and document resolution steps for recurring issuesEnsure new process releases do not negatively impact existing automationsSet up and configure new virtual machines with required applications and accessCollaborate with BPT teams to provision infrastructure based on automation demandSupport Blue Prism version upgrades and ensure compatibility across environmentsMaintain solution documentation and ensure updates reflect current configurationsEnsure all automation changes have appropriate approvals and follow risk control methodologyProvide input on process improvements and support ad hoc automation-related projectsPromote effective use of technology tools to ensure accurate service delivery and data managementAct as an ambassador for automation technologies across business functionsEnsure compliance with CCEP policies, including financial guidelines and internal controlsAbout YouLean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified, with at least 3 years of transactional process improvement experienceProven success in managing and supporting automation or IT-related projectsStrong understanding of accounting principles and experience in STP, CTC, or RTR processesBlue Prism Developer accreditation and hands-on experience with RPA supportFamiliarity with ITIL methodology and incident management practicesBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Information SystemsStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
