Automation Tester

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Automation Tester to join our UniQue team in Brussels.Design, prepare and monitor automated testsContribute to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing processEvaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approachCreate an approach and methodology for building a test automation architectureEnable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approachCreate automated test reporting and metrics collectionDesing and perform the QA review of business requirements and technical analysis documentsDesign, prepare and perform end-to-end tests (mixing automated and manual tests). Design, prepare and perform system integration testing (mixing automated and manual tests)Investigate bugs to find root causes in a complex web of applications, test and validate bug fixes. Design UAT plans and support users throughout UATEvaluate the performance of automated tests, manual tests and UAT and propose improvements (on method, procedures, tools, etc.)RequirementsWhat will you be bringing to the team?Bachelor's degree and 17 years of experience or Master's degree and 13 years of experience in ITISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer or equivalent is considered an advantage. Knowledge of test automation technologies, tools and techniquesHands-on experience in the creation of test automation solutions. Strong experience of Test Management and Defect Tracking toolsStrong experience in test data managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developmentsExcellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutionsProficiency in English language at a B2 level.
