Full Job DescriptionMain job role and responsibilities:To install, service and maintenance of a range of vehicle tracking and communication devices on 12/24 volt vehicles of all descriptionsTo service work on said equipmentTo find electrical faultsTo plan and install schedules with customer site representativesTo be readily available to assist colleaguesTo liaise and work with the regional customer care teamTo participate in product trainingCompetencies, skills, knowledge and ability:Ideally a qualified Auto-Electrician or Mechanic (City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent) with electrical fault finding experience, from a vehicle security or manufacturer's OE environment.Past experience with GPS equipment.(optional)Self-motivated and hardworkingHigh standard and quality of workClient facingEffective time management skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to build rapport and relationships with customers and colleaguesQualificationsA qualified Auto-Electrician or Mechanic (City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent)A clean driving license
