Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement a modern SharePoint Online intranet tailored to organizational needs. The role involves end-to-end ownership of intranet design, information architecture, data migration, security, and user experience—ensuring scalability, security, and usability.ResponsibilitiesIntranet Design & DevelopmentDesign and develop a custom landing page aligned with branding guidelinesBuild responsive, user-friendly layouts with intuitive navigationDevelop departmental pages with consistent branding, tailored layouts, and content workflowsConfigure reusable templates to support scalability and future growthContent Strategy & GovernanceCollaborate with stakeholders to define departmental content requirementsEstablish content governance frameworks and publishing workflowsProvide guidance on content best practices, structure, and long-term maintenanceInformation Architecture & Data MigrationDesign document library hierarchies with metadata schemas and version controlCreate standardized site and page architectures for diverse content typesAssess existing data, define migration strategy, and execute structured migration with validationOptimize post-migration environments for data integrity and discoverabilitySecurity & Access ManagementImplement Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Conditional Access, MFA, and compliance policiesIntegrate Microsoft Defender and Purview for advanced protection and governanceDevelop a permission management framework using AD/Entra groups, RBAC methodology, and SharePoint permission modelsUser Experience & PersonalizationConfigure audience targeting for role-based and department-specific contentImplement dynamic content experiences based on user profiles and groupsTechnical ImplementationLeverage SharePoint Online (Modern Experience), Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Power Automate for intranet workflowsOptimize Microsoft 365 license utilization while ensuring complianceProvide detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, security configurations, and permission matricesTraining & Go-Live SupportDeliver admin and end-user training materials and sessionsProvide go-live deployment assistance, monitoring, and adoption supportTo be successful in this role, you will have: 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Power Platform)Proven expertise in intranet design, content governance, and user adoption strategiesStrong skills in information architecture, data migration, and metadata managementHands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD security, compliance, and identity managementProficiency in Power Automate workflows, modern SharePoint web parts, and customizationExperience in developing responsive applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SharePoint APIsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 license optimization and best practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsBy applying for this role, your contact details will be securely stored in our candidate database.
