VDI Citrix & AVD L3

Role Summary:This position assists customers/end users on Desktop Virtualization & technical areas including Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environment including setup, configuration, troubleshooting Citrix & AVD VDI’s performance issues, monitoring and optimizing performance. Activities may also include deploying approved software onto Citrix and AVD’s environment and resolution of unique, non-recurring problems.Primary Responsibilities:Monitor and Maintain Citrix infrastructure in healthy state.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/performance issues that arise with the Horizon.Optimize Citrix performance and ensure the availability of infrastructure.Assist with deploying approved software based on business requirements.Provision AVD for end users including Creating AVDs, setting up access and configuring network.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/performance issues that arise with the AVDs.Monitor and optimize AVD performance and work with Engineering team to implement any proactive measurements.Assist with deploying approved software based on End User requests into AVDs.Helping with tagging exercise within Azure environment to bifurcate multiple groups using the AVDs.Providing support during APAC & NAMER time zonesCapability to lead technical team or work as Individual contributor and deliver on time.If you are interested kindly share your resume to nethmi.dulanji@hcltech.com
