Job Summary | Associate Consultant - AzureAs a Track Lead in Support & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. You will ensure that client SLAs are met while empowering your team through effective leadership and communication. Your expertise in AZURE IAAS and Terraform will be instrumental in driving innovation and optimizing processes within the organization.Key Responsibilities1. Optimize operational systems by implementing AZURE IAAS solutions and terraform scripts to enhance management reporting and streamline information flow.2. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure the support team effectively meets expectations while leveraging Azure and terraform for seamless operations.3. Lead and mentor the project team in the effective use of AZURE IAAS and terraform, ensuring clear communication of project goals and fostering a culture of transparency.4. Identify opportunities for process development and innovation through the application of AZURE IAAS and terraform, contributing to overall organizational progress.5. Design and deliver tailored solutions within the Azure environment, ensuring alignment with customer needs to drive business results.Skill Requirements1. Proficient In AZURE IAAS and Windows environments2. Strong Understanding of terraform for Infrastructure as Code3. Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills4.
