The Operations Specialist is the lead liaison with FCSD Zone Manager.What Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities IncludeSpecialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining a direct relationship with specifically assigned dealers, attend regional FCSD Organization meetings quarterly, support launch and performance manager in planning meetings and Quick Lane launches, along with implementing plans to achieve regional objectivesAttend Annual Business Plan MeetingsCreate and Work Quick Lane Action PlansConduct Repair Order Analysis as neededDevelop Quarterly Marketing Plan and Monitor AdherenceEnsure Scheduling of Quarterly Quick Lane Sales EventsEnsure current Quick Lane POS is updated and displayedWork with Quick Lane Manager to conduct periodic Competitive Ad and Price SurveysReview and approve Co-op claimsWork with Quick Lane on Search Engine Optimization and Landing Page ClaimingMonitor and motivate Quick Lane Contest and Incentive performanceManage tire sales processes at each Quick LaneCreate and maintain Tire ScreenAssist with TIM Tool set-up and monitorConduct periodic inventory review and arrange for inventory swap as neededEstablish Good/Better/Best LineupEnsure adequate Tire Displays and current pricing (Indoor/Outdoor)Conduct on-site training as neededEnsure Quick Lane team completion of all required STARS coursesVCU Training (including inspection skills)RIM and ¼ TimeTelephone Sales SkillsCustomer HandlingTire Sales SkillsBrake Sales SkillsCredit Card Solicitation SkillsConduct operational review on every visitAction Plan reviewKPI and Sales Performance reviewOp code usage and submissionWork Flow ProcessesService TimesVCU and Sales SkillsProvide visit summaries to Dealer, District Operations Manager and FCSD RegionComplete all administrative tasks in a timely mannerRun Quick Lane as neededQualificationsWhat you bringSkillsQualified candidates must be highly motivated, self-starters who possess excellent customer relationship, communication and facilitation skills, with a high degree of interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate must also reflect an exceptional track record and attributes that includes:Will possess Aftermarket Experience; preferably Retail Tire Store Management experienceOEM dealer contact experience is a plus, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skillsThis position requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet ExplorerAbility to leverage relationships to identify and sell the business case for changeAnalyzing data from dealer financials and operational assessments to establish improvement action plansImplementation of service advisor selling systems and overall process improvement solutions at the aftermarket or retail levelAbility to understand, establish and implement effective metrics to keep dealerships focused on growth and ROIDemonstrated proficiency with PC applications in a Windows environmentAbility to train and utilize all aspects of Automotive Tire Sales and automotive service salesAbility to influence the sales personnel and technicians in the training processes and monitoring the resultsBachelor Degree (preferred)Additional InformationWORK ENVIRONMENT80% Travel requiredOvernight travel requiredHave ability to equally accommodate working from home office or remote locationMSX International is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to employing a diverse workforce.
