Automotive Quality Engineer

Etem Gestamp, is an international leader in the design, development and manufacture of aluminium profiles and components for the automotive industry.For our growing team we are looking for experienced and highly motivated Automotive Quality Engineer.Main responsibilitiesMonitoring and reporting on quality-related key performance indicators such as scrap, rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figuresEnsuring compliance and assisting with the adherence to the aspects of the Quality Management System related to the product and process special characteristicsParticipate in the development and refinement of Process FMEA`s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Control PlansEnsuring control plans and any relevant documentation are implemented effectively and maintainedDeveloping product test procedures (working instruction and templates) use in production;Assisting with prototype sample approvalsCompleting technical documents related to the manufacturing processes and productsCandidate requirements:University Degree – Machining Engineer or relevant At least 1-year previous experience in the same or similar position in an Automotive companyVery Good command of English both written and oralExperienced user of MS applications, ERP system and WEB-B2B portalsCertificates in Automotive Core Tools will be considered as an advantageVery good communication, proactive and teamwork skills The Company offers:A competitive remuneration package and bonuses based on individual performanceContinuous trainingOpportunities for development in a dynamic and growing international groupOpportunities to observe best practices and further develop your professional expertiseAll applications will be treated strictly confidential.Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.Thank you!
