We are now looking to strengthen our Supply Chain & Operations division with a Supply Chain Manager (Purchasing & Demand Planning Focus) — a key role responsible for supplier coordination, procurement of raw materials and packaging, and demand forecasting.Position SummaryThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the procurement and negotiation of raw materials and packaging components, including but not limited to tubes, jars, bottles, pumps, sprayers, cartons, labels, and ingredients used in our EU production. The role also includes supporting demand forecasting and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet production and customer delivery timelines.This is a position requiring strong commercial negotiation skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments and international suppliers. The role is fully on-site, based at our Sofia head office.Main Responsibilities:Manage and execute purchasing of packaging (tubes, jars, bottles, pumps, sprayers, etc.) and raw materials/ingredients used in production.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and supply conditions with existing and new suppliers.Lead the demand forecasting and materials planning process to ensure production continuity.Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and follow up on delays or discrepancies.Maintain accurate data on supplier performance, cost evolution, and supply risks.Collaborate closely with Production, NPD (Product Development), Quality and Finance teams regarding new launches and cost updates.Work with the company ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) to update material planning and inventory tracking.Support cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for alternative sourcing and supplier consolidation.Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, quality requirements, and documentation standards.Requirements:Excellent command of English – written and spoken (mandatory for supplier communication).Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively with suppliers.Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple active procurement cycles.Positive attitude and readiness to work in a fast-paced international manufacturing environment.📍 The position is fully on-site, located at our head office in Sofia, Bulgaria.What We Offer:A stable long-term employment contract.Competitive salary and food vouchers.20 days of paid annual leave as per Bulgarian labour law.Opportunity for development within an expanding international supply chain organization.Regular working hours and a modern office environment in a convenient Sofia location.Application Process:Interested candidates are invited to submit their CVs.
