AVP, Support Unit Controller, Group Finance

Business FunctionGroup Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions. We also provide , business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.Key ResponsibilitiesSUC is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the support units. This role will work closely with all support unit (Tech, Ops, GSMC, Finance, HR, RMG, GSTAR) to understand their financial needs, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.Key Responsibilities Include Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly management financial reports Analyzing financial data and trends to identify variances, understand root causes, and recommend corrective actions incl. identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis Developing financial flash, forecasts and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making Collaborating and maintaining strong relationships with support units, regional business finance and stakeholders Maintaining good communication with SUC team to ensure smooth information flow between local and Group Finance Analyzing cost drivers and developing appropriate allocation keys and methodologies for net allocation costs of SU costs Preparing detailed allocation reports, analyses and provide insights to explain the rationale and impact of the cost allocationsJob Requirement Experience in financial analysis role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial informationenPrimary LocationIndonesiaJobFinanceScheduleRegularJob TypeFull-timeJob PostingNov 19, 2025, 8:00:26 AM
