Job Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial management of Chagee SEA's operations in the appointed country. This role encompasses managing accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and store finance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and support strategic financial initiatives within the country.Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial operations for the appointed country, including AP, GL, FP&A, and store finance.- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the country’s budget and financial forecasts, providing detailed analysis to support financial planning.- Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and adherence to company policies.- General Ledger: Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger, ensuring financial data integrity.- FP&A: Conduct financial planning and analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.- Store Finance: Monitor and manage the financial performance of individual stores, ensuring profitability and cost control.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local financial regulations and reporting requirements.- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.- Collaboration: Work closely with the SEA Finance Controller and other regional finance teams to ensure alignment with company-wide financial strategies and objectives.- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the country finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Qualifications- Strong knowledge of country-specific accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.- Experience in managing finance operations in a corporate environment.- Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
