We continuously enhance customer and employee experience to ensure sustainable growth together.Join us and be part of MIFX as we ride the upcoming “big wave” in the trading industry.Become a part of Indonesia’s next big fintech!What you will do:Perform scanning, organizing, and uploading KYC-related documents into internal systems.Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and meet compliance requirements.Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) for KYC records.Support Ops team in administrative tasks as needed.Handle confidential documents with care and follow data-privacy guidelines.What you will need:Graduated from SMA/SMK, preferably majoring in Administration or related field.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Comfortable operating scanners, PDF tools, and basic administrative software.Able to follow structured processes and work with repetitive tasks.Responsible, fast learner, and able to maintain confidentiality.
