About the RoleAs an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting and selling AWS cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing a strong customer pipeline, leading client engagements, and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You will contribute to organizational growth by driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying current on AWS innovations and best practices.What You’ll DoCustomer Engagement: Connect with potential customers to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and challenges. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across industries.Product Expertise: Develop deep technical and business knowledge of AWS products and services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more. Stay informed on new releases, pricing models, and competitive advantages.Solution Selling: Partner with AWS Solutions Architects and technical teams to design and present tailored cloud solutions that address customer needs and business objectives.Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and networking opportunities.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value and ROI of AWS solutions for specific customer use cases.Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, address objections, and close deals efficiently while ensuring accurate pricing and contract documentation.Account Management: Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive long-term account growth.Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, customer adoption patterns, and competitive landscapes to strategically position AWS offerings.Sales Reporting: Accurately document sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Provide timely sales forecasts and performance reports.Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, technical support, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.What We’re Looking ForExperience in B2B technology or cloud computing sales, preferably with AWS or related cloud platforms is a big advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Familiarity with the broader cloud ecosystem is a an advantage.This is a hybrid role with on-site presence at our office in Sofia Office Center, 145 "Tsarigradsko shose" blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria.Why Join UsAt Cloud Office, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team where learning, growth, and transparency are at the core of our culture.
