Key responsibilities Machine operation: Efficiently operating 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC milling machines. Setup and programming: Setting up the machine, setting tools and offsets, and understanding orloading programs. Quality control: Inspecting finished parts for critical dimensions and ensuring adherence totolerances using measurement instruments. Technical interpretation: Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&Tspecifications. Production maintenance: Maintaining production efficiency, keeping logs, and ensuring a clean andsafe work area (5S).Required Skills And Qualifications Experience: Hands-on experience with CNC machine operation and setting, often in a specificindustry like aerospace. Technical knowledge: Proficiency with various machine controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens) andmeasurement instruments. Blueprint reading: The ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings is mandatory. Precision and detail: A high degree of attention to detail is necessary for achieving the requiredprecision. Physical stamina: The job may require physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods andlift parts. Education: A technical certification (e.g., ITI), diploma, or bachelor's degree in a related field is oftenPreferredSkills: operators,axis operator,materials,manufacturing,cnc,axis,maintenance,engineers,axis operators,cnc machine,machining
