Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Business Development professional to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with proven experience in generating leads and closing deals in a B2B environment.Key Responsibilities:Identify, research, and target potential business clients in local markets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.Conduct client presentations, demos, and negotiations to close business deals.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver customized client solutions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify new business opportunities.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales targets.Experience in the Food Industry (FMCG) is preferred.Familiarity with national B2B sales practices.Salary: 40k-60kLocation: Bahria Town LahoreHow to ApplyIf you meet the above criteria and are ready to take on a dynamic role, we’d love to hear from you!Please note: Only applicants matching the required qualifications and experience will be considered.
