Position: B2B Marketing ManagerLocation: SingaporeEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, brand positioning, and customer engagement across key business segments. This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and B2B lead generation, particularly within technology or enterprise markets.You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to drive pipeline growth and support overall business expansion.Key Responsibilities1. Demand Generation & Lead AcquisitionDevelop and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads.Manage digital channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and webinars.Optimise campaigns using analytics and A/B testing to improve ROI.2. Content Strategy & Thought LeadershipDrive creation of high-quality B2B content: whitepapers, case studies, blogs, presentations, and product collateral.Collaborate with subject-matter experts to strengthen the company’s industry positioning.Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.3. Marketing Automation & CRM ManagementOversee lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).Ensure accurate tracking, scoring, and reporting of leads within CRM systems.Identify bottlenecks and optimise the lead funnel.4. Product & Sales EnablementWork with Sales and Product teams to develop pitch decks, sales kits, and training materials.Support product launch planning, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and competitive analysis.Provide market insights to guide product positioning and feature prioritisation.5. Events, Partnerships & Community EngagementPlan and manage B2B events: webinars, seminars, trade shows, partner events.Identify and engage with industry partners to expand visibility.Drive participation and presence in relevant business and industry communities.6. Analytics, Reporting & Market InsightsTrack campaign performance, pipeline contributions, and ROI metrics.Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and customer research.Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports for leadership.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology, manufacturing, or professional services.Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms).Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have)Experience in APAC regional marketing campaigns.Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.Design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.Experience working closely with sales teams on pipeline development.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities to lead regional projects and grow into senior management roles.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Professional development, training, and access to marketing tools.
