We work with clients across industries to bring their visions to life through engaging animations, explainer videos, and promotional campaigns.We’re now looking for a B2B Sales Executive, especially in cold outreach, to join our growing team, someone who thrives in outreach, understands creative services, and can confidently build relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.What You’ll DoConduct targeted cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, Instantly, and other platforms to generate qualified leads.Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns and brand goals.Schedule and lead discovery calls, client presentations, and proposal meetings.Prepare and deliver tailored pitches that clearly communicate Motion The Agency’s value proposition.Track, analyze, and optimize outreach performance using CRM tools like HubSpot.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as SaaS, AI, Web3, FinTech, and PropTech.Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.RequirementsBased in Bali and available for office-based work.3+ years of experience as a B2B Sales Executive in a creative agency or production studio.Strong command of English, since it’s our main communication language.Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a creative, digital, or marketing agency.Demonstrated success in cold outreach and outbound prospecting.Solid understanding of the sales funnel and client conversion strategies.Experience using CRM and sales tools, specifically HubSpot.Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative and value-driven sales approach.Confident presentation skills and the ability to tailor pitches for different client profiles.Proven ability to work independently, manage sales projects end-to-end, and deliver measurable results with minimal supervision.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.Why You’ll Love Working HereCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities to work on diverse, high-impact projects with clients across industries.A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and growth.How to ApplyIf you’re a motivated B2B Sales Executive who loves connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and driving growth through meaningful partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.Please submit your resume, portfolio, and record of past sales performance to lia@motiontheagency.com
