Back Office Engineer – Tendering & Project Study

AIOT is expanding our technical team! We are looking for a Back Office Engineer (Tendering & Projects Study) to support our fast-growing operations in lighting, smart control systems, and wiring devices.🔧 Role OverviewThe Back Office Engineer will be responsible for studying project requirements, preparing technical and financial proposals, issuing quotations, and developing complete technical submittals for our scope of work in:Lighting solutionsSmart control systems (KNX, Dynalite is a plus)Wiring devicesLight-current systemsNetwork & audiovisual design (basic knowledge is a plus)📌 Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze project drawings, BOQs, and specifications.Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and compliance sheets.Develop technical submittals for lighting, control, and wiring device packages.Support the sales & project teams with required technical documentation.Coordinate with suppliers for product selection and technical clarifications.Ensure all submissions meet project standards and client requirements.🎓 RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Strong knowledge of lighting, KNX, wiring devices, and smart control systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, and MS Office.Experience with Dynalite is a strong plus.Basic understanding of light-current, network, and AV system design is preferred.Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.💼 Why Join AIOT?Work with one of the region’s fastest-growing smart solutions companies.Involved in premium residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.Dynamic, and innovative environment with real growth opportunities.
