Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a WhatsApp Technical Support | English Non-voice associate, located in Cairo. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries and complaints through the WhatsApp platform, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Daily tasks include providing troubleshooting assistance, engaging in proactive customer support, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring technical accuracy in responses. This position will require collaboration with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
