If you are passionate about technology, excel in client interaction, and thrive on delivering transformative business solutions, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Implementation Leadership:Lead the entire Odoo implementation lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch support.Analyze client business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimal workflows within Odoo.Configure and customize core Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) to meet precise client specifications.Plan and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to Odoo, ensuring data integrity.Client Management & Consultation:Serve as the primary functional point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted advisor relationships.Conduct interactive workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for end-users at all levels.Manage client expectations, provide expert consultation, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project.Solution Design & Technical Execution:Develop detailed functional design documents for customizations and integrations.Collaborate closely with the technical development team to scope, design, and test custom modules.Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable business insights.Integrate Odoo with various third-party applications (e.g., payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, logistics systems) using APIs.Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:Perform rigorous unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure flawless delivery.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and propose enhancement solutions post-implementation.Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience:3+ years of proven experience in successfully leading and delivering end-to-end Odoo implementations.Deep functional expertise in multiple Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Project, Manufacturing).Strong background in business process analysis, re-engineering, and workflow automation.Technical Proficiency:Expert-level knowledge in Odoo configuration and administration.Hands-on experience with data migration tools and managing PostgreSQL databases (writing basic queries is essential).Practical experience with integration methodologies (REST/XML-RPC APIs) and connecting Odoo to third-party services.Proficiency in designing custom reports using Odoo's QWeb, Pivot, and Graph views.Soft Skills:Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong project management and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.A team player mindset with a proactive and results-driven attitude.Preferred Qualifications:Odoo Functional Certification is a significant advantage.Very good command of English (written, listening, and spoken).What We Offer:A competitive salary package with performance-based bonuses.Continuous professional development opportunities, including certifications and training.A chance to work on challenging and diverse projects with a portfolio of clients.A collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment.Opportunity to be a key player in a growing team and make a significant impact.
