We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic practitioner to work in our friendly and supportive therapy hub within Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This post is based within the East Therapy Hub and is an 18 month fixed term to cover maternity leave.East Therapy Hub provides community therapy services within the Adults and Community Division. We work closely with the Early Intervention Community Teams and District Nurses to provide rehabilitaion at home to prevent admission to hospital and ongoing support to maintain the independence and health of people.
