Project Manager – GTM PMO Team (6-Month Contract)Location: Hybrid (London, UK)INSIDE IR35Rate: £400+ a dayASAP StartWe’re seeking a Project Manager to join the Go-To-Market (GTM) PMO team at a leading global software company. This is a 6-month contract role where you’ll play a critical part in driving strategic programs that accelerate customer acquisition and annual recurring revenue (ARR) worldwide.About the Role As a key member of the GTM PMO team, you’ll manage complex initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless delivery across sales, product, marketing, finance, and operations. You’ll act as the central source of truth for program timelines and execution strategies, helping the business move faster and smarter.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.Partner with Sales RTM Leads and GTM Managers to expedite sales initiatives and improve operational efficiency.Drive governance, performance tracking, and PMO best practices across the organization.Build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate progress to senior stakeholders through clear, executive-ready presentations.Identify and implement process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks and scale PMO operations.What We’re Looking For8+ years of project management experience, with 5-7 years in GTM operations, program management, or business operations.Proven success in fast-paced software industry environments.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Suite and collaborative tools (Smartsheets, Lucid Chart; Workfront experience desirable).Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Why Join?
