Bank Operations Officer

A leading financial international company in Dubai is seeking a talent with (FamilyBook) to join their Branch Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to grow in a professional banking environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage client transactions for both trade and non-trade activitiesInitiate requests and relay transactions to back-office teams using internal banking systemsScan and deliver documents to relevant teams (Client Accounts, Credit Team)Safekeeping of client legal files and credit filesProcess debit instructions to WPS teams where requiredDelivery and endorsement of trade/non-trade related documentsArchiving and record maintenance of all client-related documentsCash management activities: processing inward/outward cheques, manager cheques, demand drafts, collection chequesHandling cheque stop payments, issuance/cancellation of cheque booksSignature verification for special client instructionsMaintenance of cash margin and suspense accounts, including reconciliation and reportingDaily proofing and reconciliation of clearing/internal accountsProducing statistics and reports related to assigned activitiesParticipate in operational controls, team meetings, and support cross-training initiativesKey Requirements:Emirati with FamilyBookFresh graduate or up to 2 years of experienceFluent in Arabic and EnglishStrong organizational, analytical, and document-handling skillsKnowledge of banking systems and MS OfficeAbility to work independently and as a team playerStrong client orientation and interaction skillsBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldEmployment Type: Full-time – Professional environment with growth opportunitiesSalary Range: Competitive for fresh graduates and junior professionals
