Join us in our commitment to co-operating for financial success. This is where you belong!Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for administering HR programs, managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies and managing employee relations.

Duties include overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Be the go-to HR partner for employees and managers providing support on everything from policies and benefits to conflict resolution and performance management. Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, payroll support, and onboarding, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness. Review pension, medical, and other benefit programs on a regular basis and recommend improvements based on market research and trends. Advise employees on benefit eligibility, coverage changes, and policy updates, and ensure proper documentation and communication.

Support the recruitment and selection process in compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and service level agreements. Champion employee engagement, supporting surveys, analyzing results, and helping implement initiatives to boost morale and productivity. Support performance management by guiding employees and managers through review cycles, PDRs, and goal setting. Ensure compliance and policy alignment, reviewing and recommending updates to policies and advising on best practices within a legislative framework. Prepare accurate and insightful HR reports, dashboards, and communication materials to support decision-making across the business. Coordinate onboarding processes, training sessions, and first-day experiences, and monitor performance during probation.

Prepare internal HR communications and ensure consistent messaging across departments and entities. Attend meetings and conduct departmental visits to provide HR updates and guidance, raising visibility and access to HR support. Respond to employee grievances and support the Industrial Relations process by leading investigations and preparing documentation. Maintain organized and compliant physical and digital employee records. What We’re Looking For:
