Trade Execution Buy and sell securities on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Portfolio Management Help clients build, review, and optimize portfolios tailored to their risk appetite and objectives.
Regulatory Compliance Stay current on industry regulations and help us maintain the highest ethical and legal standards. Networking Actively grow and maintain your network of clients and industry professionals — your success is built on trust. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related fieldCertification by the Barbados Stock Exchange and Financial Services Commission of Barbados (required)A solid understanding of investment strategies and the local/global marketsStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPrevious experience in a brokerage or financial advisory role is a plusWho Thrives HereYou're a natural fit if you:
