The Barista/Cashier ensures a great PICKUP COFFEE experience by preparing quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and handling transactions efficiently.Beverage Preparation: Craft coffee and other drinks as per recipes.Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with the menu, and address concerns.Cashier Duties: Process transactions, manage payments, and reconcile cash registers.Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness, assist in inventory, and follow safety protocols.Team Collaboration: Support team goals and help onboard new hires.QualificationsExperience in customer service or as a barista is a plus but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic math skills for transactions.Passion for coffee and excellent service.Flexible for varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.Must have basic requirements and government clearances.Ready to start ASAP.
