BD-Head of Projects - Logistics Infrastructure

Lead the project management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery. Establish project management KPIs and monitor performance, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners. Regularly communicate updates to the respective line managers, ensuring that they are well-informed about the status of projects and any potential issues or challenges. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team, encouraging innovation and efficiency. Successfully created and managed PMOs (Project Management Offices) for diverse long-tail projects.Job RequirementsEducational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (IPE/Project Management/SCM/Relevant) from a reputed university/institute. Candidates with a professional PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI, USA, will be given preference.Experience Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in global companies, MNCs, or local conglomerates. Candidates with experience in the E-Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution Management industries will be prioritised.Technical Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Working knowledge of Power BI, basic coding, data analytics, and data-driven decision-making skills.Soft Skills Result-oriented, self-motivated, team player with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
