You will be responsible for preparing documentation with relevant authorities, guiding and advising customers on export processes, and ensuring full compliance with corporate guidelines and policies. You will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, facilitating smooth logistics while aligning with the business's operational objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.Major Job ResponsibilitiesDaily customer-wise report follow-up to ensure accuracy and timely completion.Generating invoices on time and coordinating any follow-up actions.Executing customer-specific requirements in the prescribed formats.Monitoring transshipment connections and updating customers promptly on any changes.Collaborating with team members to support customer needs and operational requirements.Preparing daily reports to enhance customer data visibility and transparency.Correcting operational documents and supporting the network team in a timely manner.Qualifications RequiredStrong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Good command over MS Excel, reporting tools, and documentation.Detail-oriented with strong customer-service mindset.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.Interested in shaping the future of global logistics?
