Beauty Training SPV (Content Product)

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Beauty Trainer Assistant Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our brand’s Beauty Advisors. If you are passionate about personal care and beauty, have a knack for training, and love to inspire others, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Develop Training Materials: Create and adapt engaging training materials that align with company SOPs and training needs analysis.Deliver Training Programs: Conduct induction sessions and specialized training programs to nurture and develop our Beauty Advisors.Motivate and Coach: Inspire and coach Beauty Advisors in your region to enhance their skills and performance through effective training techniques.On-Site Coaching: Conduct coaching sessions at points of sale (POS) to ensure Beauty Advisors are up-to-date with product knowledge, delivering effective sales pitches, and adhering to the brand’s Art of Selling methodologies.Identify Training Needs: Identify future training needs through feedback and provide actionable insights to continuously improve our training programs.Supervise Field Trainers: Oversee field trainers to ensure they gather valuable insights and feedback for future training requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant fieldExperience in the Personal Care/Beauty industry is a significant plusStrong background in training, particularly focused on enhancing sales capabilitiesComfortable speaking English at a business levelExcellent presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilitiesConfidence in presenting and influencing at all organizational levelsHighly driven, energetic, flexible, and team-spiritedAbility to adhere to the Work From Office (WFO) policy at our office in Menara Prima Mega Kuningan.
