Country Pricing Manager

[Job Description]We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to lead a team of pricing associates to lead the execution of our pricing strategy across all products in Traveloka. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience leading a team, and have the ability to translate data into meaningful pricing actions. This position reports to the VP of Pricing.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of pricing strategies and pricing experiments across all products in Traveloka Guide team members to analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer behavior to optimize pricing decisions Model pricing scenarios and forecast revenue impact from pricing decisions undertaken Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives. Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for further price optimisation. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on pricing effectiveness and market trends [Job Requirements] Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 5 years of experience in pricing analytics or related fields. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python - are a plus. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on pricing decisions.
