[Job Description]Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and grow our affiliate marketing programs across one or more countries. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness through affiliate partnerships.Key Responsibilities Manage Affiliate Programs: Manage and scale affiliate marketing programs across one or multiple countries, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new and existing affiliate partners, influencers, and affiliate networks. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, using data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and identify high-performing partners. Budget Management: Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different partner types and campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure program alignment with other marketing initiatives and compliance with regulations. Creative Oversight: Ensure all affiliate creatives and promotional materials meet brand standards and are optimized for performance. Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports and present key insights, trends, and ROI to stakeholders. Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with program terms and prevent fraudulent practices. [Job Requirements] Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a recognized university. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships. Demonstrated success in managing and scaling affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue growth. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships. Familiarity with major affiliate network platforms is preferred. Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Good To Have Proficiency in Vietnamese (written and spoken) is a plus as this role will be managing the VN market
