This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing, partnerships, and community engagement. You will assist the marketing team in outreach, content creation, social media, and campaign execution while gaining exposure to the tourism, hospitality, and community-driven sectors in Bali.This role is designed for someone eager to learn and contribute while developing real-world marketing skills in a dynamic, purpose-driven organization. Outstanding performance may lead to long-term opportunities within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & CampaignsAssist in running marketing campaigns for Membership Card and Impact Trips.Support social media content creation, posting, and engagement.Help with outreach to potential members and partners.Partnership SupportResearch potential partners such as venues, agencies, and community hubs.Assist in preparing presentations and proposals.Keep records of partnership contacts updated.Market Research & ReportingSupport in gathering insights from market trends and member feedback.Help track campaign results and suggest improvement ideas.Who You AreCurrently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or related fields.Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).Familiar with social media platforms and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Suite).Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsPractical marketing experience in a purpose-driven organization.Exposure to tourism and community work in Bali.Mentorship and skill-building opportunities.Potential recruitment if your performance stands out.
