We are recruiting a Behaviour Analyst to support individuals with complex needs across the lifespan. The role involves providing direct intervention to promote communication, social, adaptive, and academic skills, as well as implementing leisure, health, and community programmes that enhance quality of life and social inclusion. Access to ongoing structured supervision and CPD opportunities, including research and conference participation.·     A competitive benefits package (well-being allowance, pension contribution).·     Internal career development opportunities.·     A challenging yet rewarding environment where your input makes a real difference.Essential requirements:·       Hold a degree in Psychology/ Social Care/ Nursing or related area·       Post-Graduate Qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis Desirable:·       Professional certification in Behaviour Analysis (e.g., BCBA, PSI, ISBA, or equivalent)All candidates should have experience in:·       Supporting autistic and ADHD individuals, as well as those with varying levels of intellectual disability, OCD traits, mental health needs, or complex presentations. At least two years’ relevant experience (ideally beyond the age of twelve), including managing behaviours of concern.·       Conducting functional behaviour assessments to identify target behaviours, determine underlying functions, and develop tailored intervention strategies to support each individual’s needs.·       Developing and implementing individualised behaviour support plans using evidence-based principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support.·       Working in family homes, day services, and community settings delivering direct 1:1 intervention.·       Confidently able to lone work and work remotely, demonstrating independence and initiative.·       Setting up and maintaining data collection systems, and collecting, graphing, and interpreting behavioural data to monitor progress and adjust intervention plans.·       Collaborating with families, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and coaching to staff and other professionals in implementing behaviour support strategies consistently.·       Being flexible, enthusiastic, and committed, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.·       Possessing excellent report-writing, verbal, and written communication skills with clients and families.·       In-depth understanding of ethical and professional practices.A full, valid driving licence (EU or internationally recognised equivalent) and willingness to travel and work flexibly due to the geographic spread of services.If you are interested in applying for this position, please forward your CV and a cover letter to shane@behaviourdetectives.ie and hello@behaviourdetectives.ieClosing Date for Applications is 2nd of December 2025
