Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant!Role: Benefits AnalystWork Arrangement: Work from OfficeLocation: Philippines - MakatiSchedule: Night shiftSpearhead benefits-related projects, acting as the subject matter expert on online enrollment, ACA, and data imports/exports via DataBridgeConduct payroll audits for benefit deductions, notifying teams of necessary corrections to ensure accurate processingProvide expertise on PrismHR configurations and reporting for benefit eligibility, and act as a liaison for automated application solutionsAnalyze and prioritize requirements for business processes or automated solutions, including end-user acceptance testingWork with internal teams to develop and train on processes, and to identify trends in system errors or enhancementsHandle escalated customer calls, provide call monitoring and mentoring for the benefits team, and support the configuration and administration of Flexible Spending, HealthSavings, and Health Reimbursement AccountsProvide support as needed to support client and PEO sponsored retirement PlansQualification And RequirementsBachelors degree from four year College; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 4 years of employee benefits and HRISAdvanced skill level in PrismHR especially benefit administration, Benefit Enrollment, Informer, data imports/exports, and billing reconciliationsIntermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AccessProven experience with PrismHR Data BridgeDemonstrable ability to create and comprehend reports and spreadsheetsProven experience in a customer service environmentProven critical thinking, problem solving, and systems trouble-shootingNon-negotiable Skills & RequirementsNote: All listed qualifications are required.
