Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together?What you’ll do: Benefits Administration:Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of PrizePicks’ employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.Own the annual open enrollment processCreate and deliver new hire open enrollment presentations on a bi-weekly basisManage vendor relationships, including invoicing, reconciliations, chargebacks, and new RFPEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing employee benefits, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and the ACA.Communicate and educate employees about available benefits, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.Policy Development and ComplianceDevelop and maintain benefits policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with company goals, legal requirements, and industry standards.Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and fairness in benefits practices.What you have:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a benefits subject matter expert or a similar role within a fast-paced, startup environment.In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and relevant employment laws and regulations. Proficient in HRIS and benefits management systems, as well as the Google suite.What makes you stand out:Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
