Payroll R&P Coordinator

About this Role: The Revenue and Payroll (R&P) team is responsible for transactional processes that overlap between the Payroll and Revenue Departments. Our goal is to ensure that data changes are made appropriately and efficiently so that both departments can successfully carry out their respective duties. What You’ll Do: •Process cross-department external change forms including rate changes, match set up changes, and other candidate, client, or contract-specific information •Work closely with members of Payroll, Revenue, and Compliance departments to ensure changes are compliant with Insight Global policies, client specific requirements and state/federal requirements •Coordinate with Payroll Admin team to facilitate retro-active payroll adjustments •Coordinate with Invoicing team to facilitate retro-active billing adjustments •Help identify areas of improvement to create more efficient processesThis Job is For You If… •You enjoy working with various teams or individuals to accomplish a common goal •You are flexible and would enjoy taking on new responsibilities that align with your role •You are patient, level-headed, and cool under pressure •You have a great attention to detail and are deadline-oriented Relevant Experience: •Strong communication skills •Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products •Critical thinking skills and ability to utilize resources at hand to problem-solve •Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
