The Retreat is an exclusive members-only club with elevated dining, vibrant bar programs, a luxury poolexperience, and private event spaces. We’re looking for an experienced Beverage Director to lead ourmulti-outlet beverage program with creativity, consistency, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and evolve cocktail, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic programs across the clubDevelop signature drinks, seasonal menus, and event pairings in conjunction with the leadbartenderManage inventory, vendor relationships, and COGS targetsTrain and mentor bartenders and FOH staff on technique and beverage knowledgeEnsure high-touch member service and consistent execution across outletsManage staff scheduling and shift planningRequirements4+ years of beverage leadership in upscale or high-volume hospitality environmentsStrong mixology, wine, and spirits knowledgeExperience with inventory systems, bar ops, and team developmentPrivate club, luxury hotel, or multi-venue experience preferredPerks & BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance bonusHealth insuranceIndustry growth opportunitiesPowered by JazzHR
