Beverage Manager

As part of the MHL Hotel Collection, The 4* Spencer Hotel is in a prime location overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin's financial district. Home to 209 guest bedrooms, 8 Meeting rooms, The Spencer Cocktail Bar & East are now looking to recruit an experienced Beverage Manager to join our dynamic F&B Team. Overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin’s financial district. The hotel is located within 10 minutes’ walk from O’Connell Street, with easy access to Connolly & Dublin Docklands Dart & commuter train stations. The Luas and Dublin Bus services are also within minutes’ walk from the Hotel.Some of the responsibilities will include:Ensure effective day to day operational running of our Bar during the busy service.Effectively train and manage the Bar team on a daily basis in relation to the hotel standard operating procedures.To promote and ensure the highest levels of Customer Care and attention to detail.Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, quality presentation, beverage products, health & safety and sanitation standardsSupport the Food & Beverage Management with their duties.The Ideal candidate will:Have had previous Supervisory experience in a 4* Hotel or similar restaurantHave a proven ability to manage a teamBe enthusiastic and vibrant in their outlookHave a willingness to learn and develop their career furtherExcellent communication and organisational skillsMust be available to work 40 hours a weekMust be eligible to work in IrelandThe MHL Hotel Collection:MHL group is a renowned portfolio of well known, high profile Hotel’s throughout Ireland.
