Join our team as a BI Developer and work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute to impactful projects, and continuously grow your skills in a collaborative environment.Location: Zagreb, Rijeka, Split, OsijekWhat you’ll be doing:Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Talend, Informatica, or custom SQL scriptsDesign and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliabilityIntegrate data from multiple sources including APIs, databases, and flat filesCollaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data ingestion and transformationBuild and maintain data models and data marts to support BI reportingCreate dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar toolsImplement data quality checks and validation routinesDocument ETL workflows and maintain version controlWe are looking for:Hands-on experience with any relevant ETL tool (SSIS, Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi, etc.)Proficiency in SQLSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelingExperience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue or GCP Dataflow)Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelinesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and documentation skillsWould be considered a plus:Experience with SAP data solutionsProgramming experience for data analysisExposure to SnowflakeWe offer: You won’t just work on cutting-edge technology—you’ll be part of a team that values your ideas, supports your growth, and makes sure you enjoy the journey along the way.
