BI Developer / Power BI Specialist

The role focuses on consolidating product, project, and management reporting into one consistent and scalable environment. You will design robust data models, ensure high data quality standards, and create intuitive dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making. Working in an agile setup, you will combine technical excellence with strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices to ensure long-term sustainability of the BI ecosystem.YOU WILLDevelop and enhance multi-level Power BI dashboards using reusable templates.Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, and transformation logic (Power Query, Python).Design and maintain scalable data integration across multiple sources (databases, APIs, MS Office, etc.).Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, and user access.Ensure data quality, consistency, freshness, and lineage across the BI portal.Document solutions and share knowledge with stakeholders and team members.YOU NEEDStrong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design).Experience with Power Query and Python for data transformation and automation.Solid understanding of data architecture and integration across multiple data sources (SQL, APIs, etc.).Knowledge of data quality principles and reporting governance standards.Agile mindset and experience working in iterative delivery cycles.Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.BenefitsWork flexibilityWe give you the opportunity to adjust your work to your lifestyle.
