Billing & Collection Assistant

Job Description

Manage accounts receivable and collections processes.Contact clients for payment reminders and follow-ups.Analyze account discrepancies and resolve issues.Maintain accurate records of all transactions.Collaborate with the finance team for reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Provide excellent customer service during collection efforts.Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in collections or credit analysis.Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in credit analysis, and excellent communication abilities.Working Conditions: Office environment, with standard working hours and occasional overtime required.Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
