Company Description Shimizu-Fujita-Takenaka-EEI Joint Venture (CP-101) is a collaboration of four renowned construction firms formed to bring forth a pioneering infrastructure project in the Philippines – the Metro Manila Subway, the first of its kind in the country. Recognized as the "Project of the Century," the 36-kilometer rail line aims to revolutionize urban transportation by significantly reducing travel time around Metro Manila. Located in the Philippines, this joint venture reflects a strong ethical vision and a focus on delivering sustainable, impactful projects. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Operator (Architectural and Structural) role located in Valenzuela, Philippines. The BIM Operator will be responsible for developing 3D architectural and structural models, updating and maintaining BIM files, coordinating designs with various stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to project specifications. The role involves collaboration with the design and engineering team, resolving design clashes, and producing construction documents. Attention to detail, proficiency in BIM software, and coordination skills are essential to contribute to the success of the Metro Manila Subway project.- The Project focuses on various structures within the Depot Complex of Metro Manila Subway and its surrounding facilities. Qualifications Proficiency in BIM software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and 3D modeling.Familiarity in BIM360, Openspace and PlannerlyKnowledge of architectural drafting and structural detailing techniques.Enable to create and read Architectural and Structural Drawings, Shop Drawings and CSD.Ability to coordinate designs, identify and resolve design clashes, and update BIM documentation efficiently.Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects is a strong advantage.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within project timelines.Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the Philippines is a plus.Kindly send your CV and Portfolio via email: cano.phleitz@sftejv.biz.
